Contract NegotiationsThe Meat Trade Institute handles labor contract negotiations and disputes for its members. These services are available to any member having a collective bargaining agreement with labor units in their plants. Negotiations are handled through the Institute office under the direction of Institute President John Calcagno, in consultation with the Board of Directors and the Institute's labor attorney. Any member wishing consultation regarding collective bargaining issues should contact the Institute directly for a confidential discussion of the matter and to plan a resolution.
