Shares of ATI Technologies Inc. rose nearly 7% in pre-market dealings after the graphic chip maker said fourth-quarter earnings nearly tripled. On the Inet electronic brokerage network, the stock was up $1.15 at $18.00 from its closing price Wednesday of $16.85 on Nasdaq.
