The company's suppliers are committed to fulfilling commodity volume and pricing that had been contracted since October of 2000. Famous Dave's mainstay rib product is the pork sparerib not the Baby Back rib subject to the European ban. Furthermore, all of Famous Dave's rib products come from domestic suppliers.
