The suit was filed in Washington County Circuit Court here against Con-Agra, based in Omaha, Neb., and four former Tyson employees. The suit says the former employees cannot perform their jobs at Con-Agra without the disclosure of trade secrets. The suit asks for a preliminary injunction to prevent the inevitable release of such information, According to the suit, the four employees -- including three senior vice presidents -- left Tyson between May 28 and July 30 and immediately went to work for Con-Agra. The suit said each possesses confidential information that constitutes trade secrets. Tyson said it will suffer irreparable harm unless a preliminary injunction is granted. Con-Agra spokesman Scott Deitz said Thursday evening that the company had not been served notice of the lawsuit and could not comment.
