Norfolk, WV - Both good and angry emotions can be seen in the faces of some former Beef America workers. The Norfolk company went out of business earlier this year and is now preparing to re-open with a considerably smaller workforce. Workers without jobs say the new IBP plant will bring relief to some but agony to others who'll remain unemployed and continue to search for a job.
