Red Oak, IA - Red Oak Hereford Farms announced that it retained an investment banking firm to advise and assist in raising additional capital as placement agents for a private offering. Under the terms of the agreement, Schneider Securities, Inc. of Denver, Colo. plans to conduct a private placement through a best-efforts, minimum-maximum offering. The offering will be exempt from registration pursuant to Rule 506 of the Securities Act of 1933.
