State-of-the-Art System Makes Furniture Look New

CMI offers a special office furniture cleaning process developed specifically for upholstered furniture and systems. This unique process extends the life of panels and upholstery by removing bacteria, dust and dirt. Often, this procedure is all that’s necessary to improve an office environment by making these units look like new.

CMI Works With You During Every Step of the Process. We will:

• Assist in preparing offices for cleaning;
• Dry vacuum to loosen and remove dust dirt and soil;
• Identify the origin and type of spots and stains then apply appropriate cleaning agents;
• Clean with machine equipment, using CMI’s own warm water extraction process, deodorizing with freshener;
• Clean, touch up and polish tops, sides, bases of panels, work surfaces, components, chair arms and bases;
• Restore nap and fluff of upholstery fabric, and trim excess fabric and threads;
• Return all furniture to original location.

CMI’s cleaning and restoration services can be performed on a quarterly, semi-annual or as-needed basis, depending on the usage and traffic in your facility.
