090107: Liberal Democrats Turning on Each Other - Priceless!January 1, 2009(Conservative Society for Action) - We thought it would take a few more months, but it has already begun: The Democrats have turned on each other. As the only "party of power" in Washington, they now only have each other to fight. And there are some good "fighting words" out there. Here's a story about the homosexual and the Black Panther. Democrat Rep. Barney Frank is the homosexual and Democrat Rep. Bobby Rush is the Black Panther. Headline: Democrat Barney Frank Blasts Democrat Barrack Obama Barney Frank, the liberal, homosexual, Congressperson from Massachusetts hasn't gotten over the fact that Obama selected an "anti-same-sex-marriage" pastor to deliver the invocation at his inauguration. Says Frank: "I am very disappointed by President-elect Barack Obama's decision to honor Reverend Rick Warren with a prominent role in his inauguration. Religious leaders obviously have every right to speak out in opposition to anti- discrimination measures, even in the degrading terms that Rev. Warren has used with regard to same-sex marriage. But that does not confer upon them the right to a place of honor in the inauguration ceremony of a president". Headline: Democrat Bobby Rush Calls Democrat Harry Reid a Segregationist In an interview on the CBS "Early Show," Rep. Bobby Rush (past Black Panther member and current congressman from Illinois) compared Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's refusal to seat Roland Burris with the actions of leading segregationists from decades past, including George Wallace and Bull Connor: Q: "Yesterday we heard you say that they shouldn't hang and lynch the appointee to punish the appointer. But do you believe that this is the way the only African-American Senator should be seated? Tainted, rightly or not, by a scandal and against the objections of most of his own party?" Rep. RUSH: "Well, let me just say this, you know, the recent history of our nation has shown us that sometimes there could be individuals and there could be situations where school children -- where you have officials standing in the doorway of school children. You know, I'm talking about all of us back in 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas. I'm talking about George Wallace, Bull Connors and I'm sure that the US Senate don't want to see themselves placed in the same position. I know my friend Harry Reid..." So Bobby Rush the Black Panther thinks Harry Reid is a segregationist? Let's see, the last time "officials" stood in the doorway of school children was when? 51 years ago? Once a Black Panther, always a Black Panther. Harry Reid is White, so why not use that "whiteness" against him. Rush is DARING Reid to reject Burris by making it a simple "Black-White" issue. Standard old Democrat logic... If it's a "Black" issue, you HAVE to CAVE in. Way to go Democrats! The next few years will be fun to watch! |
